Important Note: What follows was originally published as the Terms of Use agreement covering the Renegade TrekList web site, copyright Ross Glenn (c) 1998, has been heavily adapted for use on this site and is used with Mr. Glenn's permission. I normally do not adopt material to the extent that I have done so here, but have never found anything else that stated the necessary information as succintly, and feel I could do no better myself. My thanks to Mr. Glenn and TrekList for allowing me to adapt these Terms to my purposes -- The Webmistress.

1. This site is controlled and operated by the owner's representative (hereto referred to as the 'Webmistress') from her offices in the State of Louisiana, United States of America. The owner makes no representations that materials in this site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with any and all local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. No software from this site may be downloaded, exported or reexported into (or to a national or resident of) any countries that are subject to U.S. export restrictions.

2. This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Lousiana, as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within such State. Any action you bring to enforce this agreement or any matters related to this site shall be brought in either the State or Federal Courts located in Caddo Parish, Louisiana. If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by E.E. Simonsen, the owner of this site.
